Mosin Nagant M44

The Mosin Nagant M44 is a carbine version of the Mosin Nagant, developed for urban combat in World War II. Introduced in late 1944, it also featured a permanently affixed, side-folding bayonet. The M44 was issued to infantry troops as a replacement for the standard rifle.
